Robert L. Taylor

Mr. Taylor is managing partner and has over thirty (30) years of experience in insurance law. His wide range of experience includes over ten (10) years representing the interests of insurance companies and over twenty-five (25) years of representing injured parties. He has attended, conducted, lectured and taught at local, national and international conferences and seminars.

Bob graduated from Indiana University with Highest Distinction in 1977 earning a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business. In 1981, he earned a Juris Doctor Degree from the John Marshall Law School. His academic accomplishments have been recognized by a number of honorary and professional organizations. Bob is also a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.

In addition to attending continuing legal education seminars regarding Personal Injury Litigation, Estate Planning, Trusts and Estates, Administration of Trusts and Estates, Family Law, Medical Records and School Law, Mr. Taylor has lectured and given seminars in Trusts, Estate Planning and Due Process in School Disciplinary Proceedings.

Bob is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, the Federal District and Appellate Courts and has litigated before the Federal Bankruptcy Court, the Social Security Administration, the Veterans Administration and the National Labor Relations Board. In addition, Mr. Taylor has been a Judge Pro Tem in the Lake Superior Courts in both the civil and probate divisions.
